& what probs is she having?
Does she get any sort of error Message?
& what is she doing, when the probs happen.

I will be speaking to her tonight !1so will find how far she has got.


I suggested she got Out Look Express !!

Well, she's already got OutLook Express - it coomes as part of windoze.
So, all she needs to do is to Set it up with her eMail Account Details
(Server, UserName & PassWord).

it was Dave Lear who got it up.

Yep, Dave Lear Posted up a page abou tSettin gOutLook Express up.
But I don't know if he still has it on his WebSite.
But there are *loads* of other similar Pages around - The same basic
principles apply to whatever Account you are Setting up.
Tiscali have plenty of Info on their WebSite about it, as well.

Yes, there is.

... the problem is it is done over the phone too ;-))

That can be a bit of a problem, cos you can't actually *see* what
she's doing & what's happening, can you?

So using something like M$ NetMeeting (which comes with windoze)
will make it all a *lot* easier for you (or anybody else) to Help her.

Would love to get her in here I am sure she would get all the help
she needed !! but she and I need baby steps please.

The first step, is to ascertain what her prob is.
Find that out, then you can Help her make it Fixted.
