I had a picnic planned so when I got up this morning to find it cool and
wet I really wasn't surprised, Sod's Law and all that. Left here in the
rain
anyway to meet my friends thinking we would have to change the plans. Got
to the top of the hill and in the distance I couldn't see a thing for what
I thought was rain but it turned out to be a heat haze, I hadn't gone more
than a couple of miles before the air con had to turned on and by the time
I got where I was going Walter had arrived and it was a scorcher. When I
came home I couldn't see the horizon for the heat haze still over the
water. The BYT is still hot here but Walter has changed to a light grey
colour.
Good evening one and all.
Evening, Sandra:)
Glad you got decent weather despite your fears.
We've had a scorcher of a day but now somewhere in the distance is funder.
No wet stuff, no frightening, just going darker and darker.
I can't hear it but Ray can and poor little Meg's terrified:(
