If anyone has any ideas about obtaining parts - the washing m/c
is
a Hoovermatic de luxe, model T5054
This any good http://www.spares2go.co.uk/browse/HOOVER/m136.htm
It looks interesting - they don't have the model T5054 listed only
the 5004 and 5024. The description of the stretch pump belt
(T5024) could be tghe same one. Will try to make further
enquiries.
However using their search engine for the T5054 the only two items
available are Spinner belt and washer belt - I have those two. :(
Will keep looking
Try here :
http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/m-catalogue.pl?section=0&brand_ref=76&mtype_ref=268&model_ref=17927&page=3
they do show the stretch pump belt as being obsolete - but if you
click on the item it takes you to an alternative one !
Where underneath the add to basket there is a list of hoovermatic
models it can be used for/
Good luck in your search
Smile for me :)

They list the stetchable pump belt as obsolete:
http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=723520&brand=Hoover&model=T5054&part=belt
but quote an alternative
http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=497725&brand=hitachi&model=dap782&part=
So looks like that could jbex. Duly ordered - Ta Val
I googled for ages but never came up with that. Doh!!
Belt received around 12-30 today - duly fitted and looks like it's
w*rking fine.
That is great - I know Partmaster does a lot of spares for all types
of electrical equipment and gadgets :)
They seem pretty good - will use them again
