I don't have a catflap either. Gizmo is so good he always comes home and
sits patiently on the top step before I go to bed. He's quite often on
his bean bag fast asleep well before 23-00 and only rarely wants to go
out before I'm up and about. Well trained or what? :)

Yes, verrry well trained, FN. I came back from shopping this morning to
find a different cat in the kitchen. It turned into a battle of wills
trying to catch him, and everything on the windowsill, cactus plants etc
finished up on the floor - but he eventually sped out when I opened the
back door:))

Cos I can't bend down too low, the girl upstairs just checked the catflap
settings for me. It was on the "in and out" setting - commonly known as
"I'm having a party" setting, which explains all the visitors. Whatever
happened to a peacful life lol

I think it was Kafer, Jen. He rattles his paw of the catflap like nothing
else. From the inside it sounds like a salvo of machine gun fire. Sadly, it
may not be a problem for much longer. He's been back to the vet this morning
and his emphysema and bronchitis is not clearing up as well as she thought.
June 13th may be his last appointment....:(((
