So...
We're getting somewhere!
:-)

We now need to look at the various *other* Scripting
(& ActiveX) Settings...
:-)

Cos what the (HTML) Web Page does is to Load up the ShockWave
Flash ActiveX Object & then *Control* it, using JavaScript,
which means that all the various Settings in the Internet
Explorer Security Options have to be right.

There was no error message apart from the one sayinf Java script
is turned off or the bit abot macromedia needing updating..
ot say to clich here and then it says upload of macromedia complete.
But when I click on one of the Video pictures to play it - nothing
happens... perhaps I,m not clicking it in the right place ?

No, I don't *think* that's the prob.

... anyway it wont play or do anytning . !!

Oh dear!
:-(

I will send another email

News Post, I presume?
Rather than an eMail?

... of my actual security settings I will title it my settings
and ping it as "PMJ"

OK, but I hope *other* people will also look at it, so they can
come up with some suggestions as well

BTW - There's *loads* of those Security Settings!
I haven't yet managed to find a (quick, simple & easy) way of getting
a List of them.

It can be a bit (well a *lot*!) laborious, Typing them all out...
:-(

& there's plenty of potential for mistakes, typos & errors.

But we'll see what you come up with.

As r@y mentioned, it *might* be an idea to try doing
a "Reset Web Settings"? That's on the "programs Tab of the
Internet Explorer Options

Or, you could try using the [Default Level] Button with the
"Internet" Security Zone Selected, on the Security" Tab.

That should Set *all* the Security Settings for that Zone back to
the Defaults. It *may* help sort out the prob, but may then introduce
*other* probs.
