Oh we wish.We also pay a tax to just have a car on the road so we *should*
have the best roads in the world, but we don't. Both taxes disappear into
only the government knows where :-(

That's always the problem, isn't it.
It's the old story of socialism vs. capitalism.
I think the best route is somewhere in-between.
And then to get some honest men in office.
But this is getting too near to politics and politics
can destroy a newsgroup. :)
