Had a busy weekend and didn't download SISU headers each day.
I was under the impression that even if I downloaded headers after
a few days, there wouldn't be any missing.

I was under that impression too.
Did you by any chance click 'catch up'?

Sometimes repeated clicking on 'Get next ... headers' produces headers that
should have been collected earlier.
