Had three savoury pancakes today.Wholemeal flour
with mushrooms and garlic filling. Each one filled the
dinner plate. Marvellous! Now it's payback time.

For Lent :

No smoking
No alcohol
No sugar (or honey,treacle,syrup,biscuits,cakes,pastries
tinned products with sugar inc soups,peas,beans,
just no sugar)
No dairy products (cheese,butter milk inc yoghurt,puddings,
sauces,cream, just no dairy)
No white flour


Gawd! and all for three *****(1) pancakes.

Hmmm five letters ? **ing. Is it efing ?
If so, I think you'll find it's double f :-]
