Techie query

Since 4pm today my computer and screen has totally frozzed twice. Control,
Alt & Del didn't work, so I've had to switch off and restart.

I've just done my daily Adware check and there's only a few tracking files
on there, which I always delete anyway.

Any ideas please? Apart from today, I can't remember this happening for
ages. Unless it's the shock of me uploading a few photies:))))
