Er..., Installer..? rpms..? I thought you just navigated to the file and ran
it using tools/run with the file name and path in the box.

Be gentle with me. I'm new to linux.
I'been swatting up a bit and have read a pdf I downloaded from a Linux site.
It's old pdf though but it's just a general intro to the file system and
command line instructions of linux. It's a start though. Need to do more
swatting I think.
