None of them.
That's a very inaccurate Download Speed Test Site.

It was originally designed for old Fashioned type Dial Up Modems
but modern type ADSL & cable Modem Broadband Connections need
a different sort of Test to establish an accurate Speed Rating
for them.

The Size of the Download File & also the way that the Speed is measured
on that (& many similar) Sites isn't really very good for Testing a
decent Broadband Connection.

The best way (if you really want to know the actual Download Speed you
are getting) is simply to Download a large File & Time it yourself.
(or look at the Time that it tells you in the Download Box)

Divide the Size of the File by the Time it takes, to get the *actual*
Download Speed. - The Download Box also works that out for you & tells
you the Speed

It needs to be a relatively large File (say 10 MB or more), cos with
a (Rated) Connection Speed of even as low as 1mbps, you should be able
to get a Download Speed of over 100KBytes/Sec, so a 10MB File will take
about a minute & a half (100 Seconds or so)

With a higher Speed connection, say 4mbps, (with a Download Speed of
about 500KBytes/Sec) then a 10 MB File will only take about 20 Seconds
to Download.

If you try to test the speed of any decent Broadband Internet Connection
with a small File (say less than 1 MB), it will always be inaccurate,
cos the time will be less than 10 Seconds overall anyway.

You can also use things like TaskManager & System Monitor (Performance
Monitor) to show you the *exact* Download Speed, if you want to know it
- they will show you a Graph of the Speed over a period of time
(continuously Updated, in RealTime, as frequently as you want),
so you can see what's really what.
