If ordinary, RightClick>Copy (& Paste), once you've Selected the stuff
you want to Copy, doesn't work (or you/they don't know how to do that),
try using the standard KeyBoard Shortcuts (which often work on Pages &
Programs (& Dialog Boxes) that RightClick>Copy & Paste doesn't work in)

Use the Arrow Keys, with [SHIFT] to Select stuff
or use CTRL+A - Select All
Then CTRL+C - Copy
& CTRL+V - Insert

It's often a good idea also (especially if Copying & Pasting from
things like Dialog Boxes & Web Pages etc,) to first of all Paste the
stuff into Notepad & *then* into whatever Application you want to Paste
it into, such as your NewsReader or eMail Client.

That way, it makes sure that *only* the Plain Text is Pasted in, without
any confuzzling Formatting & weird Fonts, Layout & stuff.
