Can't you just bung it in a USB Socket thingy on your Laptop?

That should be easy (& quick) enough.

It may sound obvious (or insignifaicant), but I feel that's actually
quite important.

When yo udo an Install, there's *loads* of things all going on all at
once, so it makes sense to let the basic Operating System Install first
& then start Plugging in & Installing the other bits & pieces.

& don't do the "Reboot now" thing that it offers - choose to "ReBoot
later" & then *straight away* - before you forget! - close everything
down properly & then do a Reboot yourself.

That way you can see if there are any weird probs & Windows/Dialog
Boxes hidden, waiting for some Input.
