Yep.
Even though things like Thunderbird do come with quite good spam
Filters, it's always (or often) a very good idea to *not* have stuff

I have trained mine now and with the judicious use of filters I only get 2 -3 spam mails a day.


Jen - It's a good idea to UNTick the Boxes that make it check for Mail
at StartUp, cos that can make it Crash, cos it's trying to do so many
things all at once.

That's a new one to me (learn sumfink new every day) never had that problem, but my machine is on all the time so I only reboot when I need to.
