Yep, that Site is a very interesting & useful Site, with plenty
of Info for lots of people.
I came across it a while ago & found it useful, in explaining about
things like that.
However...

& in fact that Site is actually *Factually* wrong on some points that
it makes...
For instance it says that some Routers (such as the Belkin ones)
can't be Set to Open (or "Forward") sufficient Ports to allow NetMeeting
to work..
OK, they are right - those Routers *do* have limitations, but in fact
they (the Belkin ones) *do* work perfectly OK with NetMeeting.
Using them, you can Initiate & Receive NetMeeting Calls perfectly OK
& all the NetMeeting Functions work, as intended, (& both ways),
such as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), TextChat, WhiteBoard,
File Transfer & the (very useful) Desktop & Application Sharing &
Control.
