What Operating System does that use?

What does this Connection Icon you see (in the SysTray) look like?
& What Options are on the Context menu, when you RightClick it?
& if you choose the Default Option (the one in Bold), or Double Click
it, what happens?
What Dialog Box Opens up? - Can you give the Name (in the TitleBar)
of it?
When we know that, then we can see if it's the one that we're after.
& then (if it is) p'raps you can tell us how you got it to show up
there?
