*coughs*
Thank you to the lovely Uncle Nemesis for pointing me in the direction
of this post :)
Yes, indeed Detonator vanished one day taking with them all the tapes
and footage I'd spent so long sourcing and researching along with the
money bags.... I have absolutely no idea what happened to them or the
tapes and the MD stopped picking up the phone and responding to my
emails earlier this year

Well right now, I'm hosting a weekly radio show for one of the stations
in the TLRC network (mainstream commercial provider) as well as
presenting the Batcave every Tuesday from 9-midnight on TotalRock.com.
I'm also involved in quite a lot of the Classic Rock Production DVDs,
which you can pick up in most high street music stores. There's one on
The Cure due out soon... In addition to that, I still contribute
regularly to Terrorizer mag, Classic Rock and there's a couple more
titles I'm currently harrassing with the aim of bump up their goff
content. Plus, I've just contributed to a new unofficial HIM DVD, which
should be out later this year.
All this on top of some more mainstream journalistic work so I
definitely haven't been resting my laurels since I wrapped up meltdown
(which incidentally there are still a limited amount of back issues of
for sale through the shop at www.meltdownmagazine.com)

that does amuse me actually because, although I'm sure they'll now deny
it, certain head folks at Kaleidoscope told me that Goths didn't want
to read about fashion when I started doing fashion spreads in meltdown
and that they wouldn't catch on... IIRC that was about a year before
Gothic Beauty started publishing...

There is indeed! There's an interview with Aaron from Paradise Lost
next Tuesday evening and the Waaaaaaaaayne interview goes out just
after the bank holiday Monday.

I did have... but they, erm, how can I put this diplomatically,
vanished along with Detonator earlier this year. I have no idea where
they are, which is rather annoying because I was indeed intending to
find a hosting provider for them, as a few of you knew. So somewhere
out there, there exists a bunch of tapes with unaired footage for the
meltdown show...
As for what happens next, I'm up to my eyeballs with work at the moment
and don't have a day off until late September. When I do, I shall be
contemplating my next move and have plenty of ideas already swirling
around in the ether. At this stage, I have no idea what that move is
going to be but I'm sure the mists will clear soon enough
