So they buy crap goods that are more expensive than they can get
elsewhere because they don't have the money to buy elsewhere?
Your logic has a few holes in it.

Perhaps you only want people to shop where you shop. Buying only the
goods that you find available.
Get real - people will choose to buy where they want, when they want,
at a quality they want and for the price they want.
Or not buy.

No-one forces people to buy from particular places or particular
quality goods.
