Certainly one may wonder why he has often claimed to he hard up.
If he is telling truth that he is exempt form road tax, this means he
receives DLA high rate mobility, and may well receive DLA middle or high
rate care. Plus, if he is on income support he will receive a higher level
of benefits (pensioner credit) simply due to facat over 60
So the overall total will be higher than most posters hear receive.
