Its people with your attitude that make me that cynical!

In fact its a member of their staff with an attitude a lot like yours that
I wish to complain about. And I can take great delight in announcing that
your wish for my misfortune didn't come true.

How clear do you want it put, you ask for help, someone answers you, you are
rude in your reply. The person who tried to help you is not the person from
Morrison's. I also went off to look at Morrison's site last night to see if
I could help you but couldn't find any Email address. I don't know why
people bother to help out.
