Idiot buyer

I sold some tickets recently to a zoo I said some things on the tickets are
used listed what was left and expiry date as you can return at any point
till end of season with said tickets.
Sold them to someone who struggles with reading/writting english (not mean't
horribly). English is not their first language so its hard understanding
some words.
Basically they said its not as described when clearly it is. I quoted whats
left on the ticket. They was expecting to have full acess to the zoo with
this ticket when the listing clearly states otherin they are not wise.
The ended their message saying they are not very happy.
....I reponded as above and offered a refund but stuck by my guns and said
the error is on their part not mine and offered the refund by means of more
being nice or stupid.
I can't imagine ebay would have made me refund, no doubt they will still neg
me but hey ho.
Any advice.
I think this is why I initially gave up selling bits on ebay because of the
idiots who cannot read or just the tits of the world.
