Ah, sorry! OK, here's the problem. If you leave a neutral, and mark down
the seller's stars or whatever, it is entirely possible that the seller
will be penalised. They can lose discounts, have money held and other
things. Now, if you're OK with that, then leave the neutral. But if you
aren't that annoyed, I'd leave nothing at all. Was the widget itself OK?
S'right :-) I'm not a spiteful person and yes, the items did eventually
arrive in acceptable condition; I did try to talk (as in, e-mail) the
seller with my queries over the shoddy service but she didn't reply to one
single message. I don't want her to get bashed, but she certainly doesn't
deserve good points like most other Ebayers do. Perhaps I'll just have a
cup of tea, take a deep breath and follow your advice :-)
