Just gone to list something online, and at the bottom of the listing
by the submit button is a warning, and it says:
Warning - paypal may hold some of your payments in your account.
Paypal will release the hold when you receive positive feedback or
after 21 days without a buyer dispute, claim, chargeback or other
action.
WTF is this? I've over 1500 feedback, and now I get that? Anyone else?

I had this problem when I listed a laptop.
It seems to be to do with it being a high risk item.
However they are saying in the small print that the 21 days reduces to zero
days as soon as you get positive feedback from the buyer, so as long as soon
as I get feedback i will get the cash.
.
