Ok, I sold an item through BIN, last night. The buyer, with 40 feedback
100%, paid immediately, through PayPal. I've gone to post it off and now
the status of the buyer is showing no longer a member and "The suspended
user should resolve any outstanding complaints on file"
Before I post this item, is there any chance of PayPal, taking the money
back, which was paid last night?

I wouldn't. As has been said send him a polite email informing him of what
you are doing and also ask him why he has been made NARU. Might be worth
also refunding his Paypal and ask him to pay by another safe method (such as
postal order or direct cash deposit into your bank).
If he is genuine he will reply and sort it out. If he is not genuine he will
not reply, not sort it out and stay NARU - which means he can't neg you
anyway.
