Checkout Blocked

Ok, I sold an item through BIN, last night. The buyer, with 40 feedback
100%, paid immediately, through PayPal. I've gone to post it off and now the
status of the buyer is showing no longer a member and "The suspended user
should resolve any outstanding complaints on file"

Before I post this item, is there any chance of PayPal, taking the money
back, which was paid last night?
