I don't have a problem with people who get things wrong and when they
realise it put things right. Many eBay sellers, especially early
ones, started out with a hobby and it turned into a business. Any
small business owner knows only too well that success consumes time.
Its always the important, but not urgent, which falls by the wayside.
The sellers who are a problem are not those who are willing to do
things correctly but those who know what their responsibilities are
and deliberately ignore them and those who don't know and won't listen
when told.

yes yes brother Peter.. you are always right.. I know... but this seller was
calling this as exttortion when in truth there was no extortion at all. if
they can spend all day posting on usenet why cant they bother to see what
they publish as their terms or in their item descriptions? they are quick
to call buyers being extortionists and whinge for days ad nauseum but cant
look at the gross errors they make .. sums it up really.
