As a good will gesture ended up paying other half of shipping last
night to customer.
He got item this morning and is happy with deal.
I am sure I will be able to make a claim against Royal mail for delay
and everyone will be happy.
Thanks to everyone who made a helpful point to update me and improve
my services.
