could go on the number of emails sent to the buyer through ebay's
system.

Comms don't concern me too much providing the item turns up reasonably. If
a seller doesn't communicate I don't rate them on that category rather
than rating them badly

I do that. Unless, of course, I ask them something and there's no reply.
