">To get an average of 4.5 you need to have free postage within the UK.
To get any higher than that you would need to have free postage
worldwide. Which I'm sure ebay would be delighted with, since that
would add much more cost for buyers in the UK.
My DSR ratings are all 4.9 over an average of 860 ratings and I also
charge postage?
Gordon Bennett, how do you manage that ? I tried selling with free P&P (on a
different account) and couldn't achieve that !
My account manager did tell me that eBay are considering making the DSR an
automatic 5 on 'P&P charges' for free P&P sales. Which makes perfect sense,
for them at least.

Even if Johnny Foreigner buys it?
I'd guess so, I can't imagine any logical reason for a rating of less than 5 on P&P charges if postage is free. eBay, of course, would be lovin' it.
