I now believe that the seller may be contravening the folowing eBay
condition:

"Listing has terms or conditions that limit or restrict leaving
feedback"

Nice policy on feedback, will surely drive away bidders if your current
feedback hasn't already done so (I for one have now purchased elsewhere
something that came up on an Ebay search as an item you're selling).
Fortunately Ebay also agrees:
