Is anybody else having difficulty in logging into their PayPal accounts,
as
I have tried using both IE and FireFox and I cannot get past the lo in
screen, as all I get is the following error message:

"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click Retry
or
try again later. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Message 3004"

Also when you click on Pay Now (using PayPal) for any purchases (not just
ebay) it refuses to allow the log in to PayPal with the same error
message!


Yep I am getting the same on IE, Firefgox and Netscape. Must be a site
problem.
