An old paypal scam,
Pay by Direct Debit, which then bounces & the payment gets reversed 7
days
later (Paypal's SSP states you have to dispatch the item within 7 Days to
qualify), by which time the buyer has the goods & the money.

If the transaction was covered under Seller Protection Policy, tell them
to
reimburse you as you have proof of delivery

Sale was on 8th april, Paypal only advised me of chargeback this morning,.
Paypal were advised that I have tracking information and signature on
delivery, and that the sale is marked elegible for SPP, and that it was
sent to a confirmed address - and they STILL refunded the buyer

Same happened to me. It took about 20 emails to PP before they finally caved
in and made an 'ex gratia' refund of £50.They gave every excuse under the
sun.... couldn't read the signature on the rec. del proof, couldn't read the
printed name, couldn't read the date etc etc. I even sent them an email
showing the customer had acknowledged receipt of the goods.
They will NEVER tell you why the reversal has been allowed.
I got 2 or 3 'final decisions' from them, but I persisted as I was truly
being scammed.
I threatened BBC watchdog, IFA Financial ombudsman etc, to no effect.
You will find that you will get a reply to your questions from a different
person EVERY time.
Ask for the name and position of the person that will deal with your
complaint.

My advice- keep on going...... but at the end of the day, you will ask
yourself is it worth it for £12?
Sad but true
