I agree. Brand new equipment sometimes does need a few tweaks but
tweaking is a far cry from having to rewire or replace parts missing.

It's a matter of choice whether a buyer tries to re-fix a factory
error or a seller modified item but there is no legal recourse if a
buyer does so if the item still does not work, fouls or causes harm.

I'd just rather have an item replaced with the correct one. Easiest
solution all round.


PS did the TX come with an Ariel as its missing in the photo?

The aerial was there.. but looking at similar item contents in photos
elsewhere on ebay there may be other things missing from the box.
Those funky yellow pingpong ball learner landing things for example.

Anyway the seller say's he sent out the wrong item.... so it's no
longer a matter of what was missing or not.

With all respect to him he has now sent me a message and agreed to
replace the item and refund my postage. Hopefully that will be the end
of the matter.
