You're either mad or very rich if you are prepared to gamble £70
through Paypal.

Quite right! The other day someone overcharged me by 17p on P&P. I know
that on this SELLERS group, people think that charging £5 for £4.83 worth of
stamps is ok but I negged that Powerseller to prove that the little guy can
get his own back.
