In other words,either wait 10 days before it arrives or pay £3 and thats
on top of £9.99 postage + £2.99 compulsary insurance for something that
costs no more than £4 to send registered post.

Mail Order companies have been pulling this nonsense for years. Before you
traded on eBay, would have have even blinked if you saw the same terms on
Amazon?
