Yep.. same ad as mine but without the 2 X .. seller sold same 2 phones to
ebayer this afternoon (look in completed items).. i sent mail to her earlier
explaining why etc but i think shes paid!.. wouldnt say anyway.

I can take it you have started a PayPal claim?

Mind you if the seller has emptied his PayPal account, then PayPal
will be as much use as snow ball in hell!

If the PayPal payment was funded usiing a Credit Card, they contact
your CC company and do a Charge Back via them too.

I would say report seller to ebay, but we all know, how much good that
will do.

So your only safe bet will be if you paid using Credit Card.
