Actually that's slightly incorrect.
Anyone can list on the US adult section (Everything Else->Adult), but no one
can view what they have listed or buy from this section with a non-US
account.
Anyway, it's illegal to sell hardcore porn outside of registed sex shops in
the UK since last year. The police don't give a toss, so long as it is
consenting adults, but as you know policing eBay is some people's hobby.
You are literally risking a short jail sentence listing hardcore with a UK
account.
