Apparently they do in the US, but it's not available outside the US and in
fact it blocks you if you have a UK eBay account. I would imagine the way
around this is to register an account via a US mailing address, there are
companies that can provide US mail forwarding services. In fact I got an
idea Parcel2go do, but I'm not certain I know it I saw this somewhere a bit
back and obviously this could be the answer. Another way might be to get
friends or relatives in the US to provide a mail drop and forwarding service
for a cut of the action :)
