If the seller has proof of postage, I'd leave it at that. Sounds like
a simple mistake which they have done their best to rectify, but the PO
has let you both down. Chase them for compensation.
IIUC, you're not out of pocket. The item they're advertising may well
be an identical one (in their position I'd offer aone which I had
several examples of as a free gift!).
