Have you checked for viruses? There was a virus a while ago that had a
side effect of causing printers to print pages of rubbish,can't remember
what it was called.

Try uninstalling the drivers, reboot and reinstall the drivers.

We have a few of these label printers in the office and haven't come
across this problem so can't offer any other suggestions.
