I've done the things you suggested, but thanks very much for trying. I
can't do anything else now, as in running through the reams of labels,
it's now jammed itself solid with unpeeled labels. Can't even get the
cleaning card into the thing. It's now a choice between 1. return it
if I can be arsed 2. ebay it and 3. nuke it from orbit. I'm favouring
three...
