It's well worth book marking those URLs.
It's not uncommon for the mdac installation to become corrupted, the first
link fixes it very quickly.

It's also advisable to backup the user database files on a regular basis.
Default location is: C:\program files\ebay\turbolister\data
Then back up user000.mdb
If you have more than one seller account, TL creates a different user
database per ID: user000.mdb, user001.mdb etc etc
