With respect this is utter bollocks.
We have customers use our service for years and then charge back everything
they ever paid us because there was no signature for the transaction
(required under the card issue agreements).
Its commonly known as card holder fraud.
I think our record is 28 months worth of monthly payments.
We pursue the customers who do this via debt collectors.
In our case its usually someone who tries to set up a business, it goes
wrong and they charge back everything they possible can.
Just say you don't recognise the transaction and they cannot hold you to it
as customer not present transactions are not binding.
