Well you probably know what you are doing. and have a fairly good computer.
There are a lot of people around who are new to computers and the internet
and don't know what they are doing, and try to do things on a shoe string
and get sold some pile of second-hand junk which can barely run Windows XP
let alone an internet connection. And obviously with everyone getting into
the internet these days and seeing the eBay ads on the Telly you are going
to get more and more people of that kind on eBay. It's not that people are
Daft, it's simply that they are not experienced and it can take time to
learn.
