Agreed -- can't see a word on there about having to remove the van by
a certain date. It is reasonable to expect it to be collected
promptly, but setting a short cut-off without warning after you've
bid/bought is not on. Point out the omission, make a reasonable
counter-suggestion, and above all stay polite, and you might still get
a happy ending.
