So report them to eBay - there's really no need to post them here.
its was more of a why can I search for 10 seconds and find at least two cons, eBay is making millions and doing nothing to protect buyers,

I do not care what lies ebay says, they do not actively search for frauds. If they did, why is it then I can search for Nokia or Motorola in strange unrelated areas, and come up with multiple fraud listings.
