Ownership of a copy of something does not give you copyright of that
item, therefore it is not relevant.

That's an assumption on your part.
A similiar assumption could be made on my part that if they don't care
about your breach of copyright, then they won't care about the other
person either.

As already stated, I believe plagarism is against eBay rules.

You're only saying that because you are guilty of exactly the same thing
that the person you are unhappy with is :)
Don't get me wrong, I understand what you are saying; it's just
downright lazy for someone to do something like that, but it's the
British Way of Life :)
