Try specifying postage in advance, you can have several different 'bands'
depending on destination (I offer 3: UK, Europe, USA - the invoice correctly
selects the right one). If the item is fairly inexpensive why bother with
trackable postage anyway, just send it airmail and get proof of postage. If
it goes astray simply claim from Royal Mail.
