Got one yesterday, logged on using a new browser window and sure enough
there were restrictions in place on my account and I had to fill in 2
screens with the required information. The first screen was okay but the
second one was a bugger, it kept refusing the information I supplied, which
was correct, I had to phone them up this morning to sort it out.
