My experience of Paypal recently was the same as yours. I filed a complaint
using their procedure every few days to try to get a resolution. I kept
being told 'reviewing case'. In the end, I was so fed up that I threatened
to file a complaint with the police. Within a few hours, the matter was
resolved!
